- Analyze and rectify defects by component replacement under close supervision
- Conduct regular product testing, including visual checks, performance validation, and electrical safety assessments
- Thoroughly document all repair and maintenance activities as per guidelines, including complaint assessment through relevant systems
- Handle faulty instruments following designated procedures, such as decontamination processes
- Offer basic technical support for sales and technical teams, hemodynamic monitors, and pressure transducer cables
- Perform on-site service during customer visits
- University student studying Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields with an interest in the medical device sector
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
