Born with the idea of providing people with the opportunity to learn, cook, laugh, and meet individuals from around the world who share a common passion for gastronomy, The Paella Club offers different culinary experiences, all of which are truly hands-on cooking workshops.

We are now looking for a new chef/culinary instructor to join our team


Requirements:

• Advance or native level of English (will be tested). Spanish is a plus.
• Culinary studies (undergraduate or technical level)
• Demonstrable experience in the kitchen of at least one year
• Outgoing personality with great good attitude and disposition, as this a position facing the public.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mise en place for the day and the week
• Execute basic recipes under the direction of the executive chef
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and facilities
• Support to the teacher when carrying out the workshops
• Responsible for the preparation of the staff's food
• Carry out inventoried
• Delivery of orders to the chef
• Reception and storage of raw materials

Terms:

• Full Day (40 hours)
• Continuous shifts (with the exception of some day split for private events, special occasions). Weekdays include some holidays and weekends
• 6month temporary contract, with the possibility of extending.
• Remuneration based on experience.
• Generous additional tips due to the type of client.
