Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Act as a compliance business partner to the teams identifying risk and business impact and codriving solutions.
- Be the reference point for the strategic products and new launches, building effective relationships across the business and providing advice from a Compliance perspective.
- Manage and sponsor Code of Ethics commitment and Almirall Business Integrity Guide, as well as selfregulation codes.
- Lead the supervision and alignment of affiliates compliance requirements and drive and contribute to Compliance development, including the governance structure, mindset, processes and procedures, training and monitoring.
- Actively participate as a member of the Global Legal & Compliance organization, bringing an innovation mindset and fostering a continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and Manage privacy responsibilities.
Educational Background:
- Science or law degree.
- Compliance certification desirable.
Experience:
- More than 8 years of experience in Compliance with deep understanding on the promotional rules.
- Experience with tools such as Veeva PromoMats and CRM, OneTrust and MediSpend.
- Experience in Farmaindustria Code of Practice and knowledge in EFPIA and IFPMA Codes advisable.
Specific Knowledge:
- In depth knowledge in promotional material review and product launches
- Privacy/GDPR understanding and awareness
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge desirable
- Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus
- Expertise in tools as PromoMats, Veeva Vault CRM, OneTrust is desirable
