YOUR TASKS:

Support of various Windows and Linux IT applications Ensuring the operation of the responsible applications in 3rd level support as well as Coordination with 1st and 2nd level support Troubleshooting for the responsible applications Creation and update of the related software documentation for the 1st and 2nd level support.

Close cooperation with various departments in an international environment.


YOUR PROFILE:

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience Experience in the support of IT applications Deep understanding of operating systems such as Linux and Windows, as well as Java Uses Experience with PowerShell and databases High results orientation and quality awareness.

Initiative as well as responsible, structured and sustainable way of working. Teamwork and communication skills. Good written and spoken German and English skills English (very good written and spoken). Ideally skills in German or Spanish Minimum work experience of 2-3 years.
