Sales Representative (Barcelona):

Sales Representatives at Cardinal Health are responsible for driving sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face contact meeting individual and organizational sales objectives.

It includes prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography.

Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Representative in Barcelona.


Accountabilities:


  • Achieves sales goals and objectives through the commercial relationship with direct clients and identifies opportunities.
  • Manages assigned territory responsible.
  • Manages key accounts with direct clients, hospitals and clinics.
  • Constructs and implements distributor business plans.
  • Negotiates and consigns contract.
  • Follows and executes marketing plans.


  • S&OP

  • Demand plan process collaboration / customer feedback.
  • Manages Supply Constraints ensuring local allocation.
  • Shows initiative to expand market (new segments).
  • Deploys PEP action plans.
  • Taking ownership of own territory including budget/forecast/ financial processes/P&L.
  • Travel requirements <50%.

Qualifications:


  • 24 years of experience in nursing, medical device sales or a related field.
  • Commercial or clinical/nursing apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in nursing/science/business administration/ medical engineering.
  • Knowledge of the area including health care system preferred.
  • Motivation and ability to think strategically and foster a culture for continuous improvement.
  • Patient and customer centric approach.
  • Strong team player mindset.
  • Good command of the English language.

  • Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve.
  • Applies judgment within defined parameters.
  • Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects.
