JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Resistance, Chemotherapy and Predictive Biomarkers Group opens a fully-funded Technician position, to work with 3D-tissue culture for disease modeling and precision medicine.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE:

Extensive cell culture experience is a prerequisite. Background in _in vivo_ models is a plus.
Demonstrable expertise in immunology and immunotherapy of cancer is required.
Expertise in microscopy, cell and molecular techniques such as PCR, qPCR, cytometry and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, and western blotting are strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and Fluent English are required.
Scientific productivity will be highly valued.
The position further requires excellent organizational capacity, outstanding troubleshooting skills, and strong team working skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- and mouse-derived organotypic tumor spheroids as _ex vivo_ models to test immunotherapy drugs alone or in combination with other agents.

He/She will meet with the PI/Scientific Coordinator on regular basis to discuss research progress and plans.
