- Supervisar a los Instructores y Peer Trainers y brindar retroalimentación sobre su capacitación y el desempeño de los grupos de nuevos empleados.
- Formar y entrenar a los Instructores de acuerdo con el estándar europeo.
- Asegurarse de que los registros de capacitación se mantengan actualizados.
- Usar y analizar datos diariamente para mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje.
- Asegurarse de que se completen todas las pruebas/auditorías y se realice un seguimiento de las respuestas.
- Organizar y monitorear el entrenamiento cruzado para que las operaciones satisfagan las necesidades de habilidades para la actividad pico.
- Apoyar las operaciones con la entrega de capacitaciones para roles críticos.
- Mejorar los procesos de recopilación de comentarios y análisis de datos.
- Apoyar la contratación de Instructores y Peer Trainers.
- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente
- Experiencia en formación de personas y grupos
- Persona orientada al detalle
- Habilidades fuertes en informáticas y competencia en el paquete de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Los candidatos deben ser flexibles para trabajar los fines de semana y en turnos rotativos
- Inglés escrito y hablado

Como Trainer serás responsable de la planificación, gestión y ejecución de las formaciones de nuestro centro de VLC1.
Desde preparar el Onboarding de nuevos empleados hasta garantizar que los Asociados tengan las habilidades adecuadas para llevar a cabo su trabajo diario.
El rol de Trainer es un rol emocionante y dinámico, en el que podrás trabajar en colaboración directa con Asociados/as y los Equipos de Operaciones en todos los procesos.
