Job description
:

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as a
Senior Product Owner in
Barcelona (remote possible within Spain).

Start your new adventure in an international and agile Environment
by identifying opportunities for improvement at the technical, functional, and organizational levels and solving difficult issues, for one of our main partners.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Evaluating and monitoring accessibility
    compliance evaluating the accessibility of digital products and services, using both automated tools and manual testing methods.
  • Managing the
    development and implementation of accessibility features, which may involve coordinating with crossfunctional teams and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Effectively communicate with a variety of
    stakeholders (e.g., designers, developers, QA engineers, business users) about accessibility issues and work collaboratively to find solutions.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

  • Firstlevel
    university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Professional qualification or certification in
    User Experience (UX) design, humancentered design, web/digital accessibility or other equivalent.
  • Professional qualification or certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, Agile SCRUM, SAFe 5 Lean-Agile. Desirable.
  • Certification on
    Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL v4.

  • Certified Change Management Professional
    (CCMP) and/or Prosci Change Management, and/or ADKAR Model
  • At least
    4 years of recent professional experience in web development and management, and successful delivery of complex crossfunctional digital projects, some of which should be at the global or international level. Ideally, 3 years of successfully
    implementing IT digital related projects with a wide enduser base.
  • Demonstrated professional experience working with seniorlevel management; and proven experience in writing business plans, projectrelated documentation, and/or technical papers.

Fluency in English is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in facilitating
    workshops, presentations to senior stakeholders, and managing change in a federated (decentralized) organization.
  • Extensive experience in working across multiple time zones without the need for face to face meetings.
