Job Description:

Murzilli Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant - Airspace to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting governmental projects focused on airspace modernization and management.

As a Senior Consultant - Airspace, you will work closely with government agencies and aviation authorities to provide strategic guidance and deliver expert solutions that contribute to the enhancement of airspace efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Consultation and Analysis: Collaborate with government clients to assess current airspace infrastructure and develop tailored solutions for airspace modernization projects

Strategic Planning:
Provide expert advice and develop strategic plans to optimize airspace utilization, reduce congestion, and enhance air traffic management systems

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated with aviation regulations and ensure that airspace modernization projects align with legal and safety standards

Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, aviation authorities, and industry partners, to facilitate project coordination and success

Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and challenges in airspace modernization projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively

Data Analysis:
Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and recommend improvements in airspace design and operations

Technology Integration:
Explore and recommend the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as SWIM and advanced air traffic management tools, to enhance airspace efficiency

Project Management:
Support the execution of airspace modernization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure the sustainability of implemented solutions

Qualifications:

Masters's degree in aviation management, aerospace engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in aviation, airspace management, or air traffic controlIn-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proven track record of delivering successful airspace modernization projects.
