Sr Manager, Finance Strategy Supply Chain & Customer Service - Pan EU

What you become part of:


Reporting into the Strategy Lead, this role is the key finance business partner to the Directors within the Planning and Customer Service Team (Commercialisation / Mid Term Planning / Strategic Planning) and the Directors within the Strategy - and Planning Team (Sustainability, Strategy - and Transformation), monitoring performance deviations and performance opportunities within all 5 Business Unit (BU)'s in relation to total Supply Chain Cost To Serve.

Your key Stakeholders will be the Strategy Directors, Direct and in-direct reports of Group VP PPM and In-market SCF lead.


What we expect of you:


  • Business partnering with Directors Planning & CS and Strategy and Planning team, delivering strategic guidance and executive level decision making support for the 5 BU Supply Chains and providing the total CCEP Cost To Serve oversight. The role will be responsible for supporting multiple (12) Directors with activities across all BU's.
  • Supporting the Directors Planning & CS and Strategy and Planning team in identifying end to end SC improvement opportunities through analytics based insight and proposing pragmatic/flexible solutions for cross market related issues.
  • Ensure full alignment in major business cases before publication with the respective owners of the project (Directors Planning & CS and Strategy and Planning)
  • Coordinating the BU(s) Cost To serve activities for Strategic Planning, Annual business planning, Forecasting cycles, Financial Close and Working Capital management activities. Ensuring this support translates strategies into financial outlooks, while providing clear explanations on assumptions, variances and trends at total CCEP.
  • Ensure alignment with the BU Finance teams on efficiency related projects across CCEP. Working closely with relevant stakeholders and driving alignment (i.e. BU IMO team, BU Finance teams).
  • Monitoring and directing the SSC & CoE to deliver Consistent and efficient reporting and processes, to manage standardization automation and simplification for all BU's. Providing guidance to the CoE to developing and delivering reporting tailored to the customer requirements.
  • Ensuring Cross market project related transactions, policies, systems, and procedures meet CCEP's short and longterm business objectives and comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
  • Sourcing the key variables and performs analysis for BU(s) Cross market related projects to assess performance against plan
  • Supporting the Inmarket teams in identifying saving opportunities, prioritising projects to unlock value through benchmarking or other detailed analysis.
- +/- 15% flexible travel.

Education/Experience

  • Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in finance, with a strong preference of business controlling and analytics.
  • Proficient in English. Another language (French/German/Spanish) is a plus.
