    This role will support the development and implementation of data functions within Radisson Hotel Group.

    As a Data Governance Specialist, you will oversee the management and execution of data governance across multiple data sources to address key business needs and objectives.

    In collaboration with the Business Intelligence function, you will support the overall Data & Analytics strategy.

    This includes managing development projects related to data journey and control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool, to support B2B business stakeholders.

    This role is not an IT position but rather a trusted advisor to the business and translator with the IT Team.

    You will report to the Global Data Director and work closely with key members of the business areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Subject Matter Expert on B2B Data projects, accountable for the coordination of stakeholders.
    • Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across the organization.
    • Report requirements gathering, create and maintain documentation to improve data quality and automation.
    • Insight creation and delivery to end-users, driving actionable data.
    • Support other Data team members in their duties, cross-responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis.
    • Accountable for the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data / Golden records.
    • Provide coaching and training for end-users on the B2B Master Data Platform.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience with Master Data Concept – Golden records.
    • Analytics background with experience in S4Hanna and SAP CRM Data (nice to have Reltio Products).
    • Extensive experience (3 – 5 Years) in data quality projects.
    • Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation techniques.
    • Experience in data management projects (3-5 Years) on Data Profiling, Business Advanced Analytics.
    • Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues, experience with business intelligence projects related to information lifecycle.
    • Organized & effective, taking a well-ordered structured approached in task management.
    • Strong influencing and communication skills, communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing.
    • Critical thinker, able to understand the logical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments.
    • Think Strategically, foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities.
    • Change Management, be an advocate for positive change and improvements.
    • Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.
    • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
    • English proficiency.
