Role Overview

In this role, your primary focus will be to support Service Operations Platforms, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Production Partner Onboarding Process

Supporting Service Operations Platforms:

Your goal will be to optimize service operations processes and supporting systems, reducing operational workload, providing reporting and forecasting transparency, and tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- you will manage ongoing enhancements and requirements for the service operations platform and serve as the product owner for a SCRUM team
- you will work as a business analyst, collaborating with service owners, product owners, and the delivery unit to identify project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes

Your experience in service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering, will be crucial.

Familiarity with service operation tools like JIRA and service now, as well as working with agile SCRUM teams, will be essential.

Production Partner Onboarding Process:

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the production partner training curriculum with the support of service owners
Your role will involve enhancing and streamlining the onboarding process to minimize manual steps
Collaborating with the team admin, you will ensure that the production partner team undergoes a seamless onboarding experience

Requirements:

Strong commercial experience as a project Project Manager specialising in Web Governance
Expertise in running metrics and creating report templates to measure KPIs
Proven competency in both data analytics and qualitative functions connected to Web Performance
Strong business acumen, with the ability to be the bridge between the business and technical teams
Ability to implement appropriate qualitative assessments and reporting techniques
Fluency in English both verbal and written communication
