Position Summary:

As a Procurement and Logistics Officer at NexGen Cloud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement and logistics operations of the company.

Your responsibilities will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless supply chain and facilitating the delivery of our products to clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase of GPUs and related hardware.
Assess and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and quality to ensure the best value for the company.
Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Collaborate with the Finance team to manage budgets and control costs.
Logistics:
Coordinate the transportation and delivery of products to customers worldwide.
Manage inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Work closely with shipping partners to optimize logistics and minimize shipping costs.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the received products meet our standards.
Handle returns or exchanges with suppliers in case of defective products.
Continuously look for ways to improve quality and efficiency in the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations related to procurement and logistics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools.
Familiarity with international trade regulations is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
