Position Summary:


As a Procurement and Logistics Officer at NexGen Cloud, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement and logistics operations of the company.

Your responsibilities will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless supply chain and facilitating the delivery of our products to clients globally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase of GPUs and related hardware.
  • Assess and evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and quality to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Logistics:
  • Coordinate the transportation and delivery of products to customers worldwide.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Work closely with shipping partners to optimize logistics and minimize shipping costs.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the received products meet our standards.
  • Handle returns or exchanges with suppliers in case of defective products.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve quality and efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations related to procurement and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
