We are currently seeking two Project Managers, reporting directly to join our team based in Madrid, Spain.

About the Job

Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System.
Leads planning of project strategies including contracting, risk management, project controls, and project execution.
Leads effort in developing Project Execution Plan.
Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors).
Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team.
Identifies enhanced business opportunities at Tender stage and works with the proposal team to communicate customer requirements and to drive customer specifications toward standardized product solutions during tender stage.
Perform in depth review of the Contract, the tender and bid documents. Ensures that the Project Team understands the scope of work and endorses the Customer's needs and objectives.
Ensures timely internal and external reporting.
Manages, informs, and leads project team by setting and monitoring performance targets.
Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR.
Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts.
Ensures coordination of interfaces.
Develops integrated project team charter and leads team building, alignment, and communication processes.

About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Engineering degree or equivalent diploma.
More than 10 years of experience in Project Management in Engineering company or similar.
Professional level of English (other languages wil be considered: French, German...).
Excellent understanding of onshore projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services. Ability to lead functional project teams and manage critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service.
