    About the Role: The Editor plays a key role in the Creative Center of Excellence (CCOE), Gartner's in-house creative agency. They report to the Manager, Editing and are involved in hands-on editing of multiple projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Editing, proofreading and fact-checking various promotional materials such as website updates, infographics, social posts, presentation decks and research reskins.
    • Collaborating with key functions within the CCOE and business partners across the organization.
    • Working closely with CCOE designers and the multimedia team to ensure copy, concepts, and visual design work together.
    • Internalizing the Gartner brand guidelines.
    • Working quickly and efficiently with designers, project managers and other teams as needed to complete projects.
    • Delivering exceptional work on time.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years' relevant work experience with demonstrated success (agency or in-house experience preferred in IT, information services and/or professional services industry).
    • Experience with and willingness to learn new technologies.
    • Basic understanding of marketing content strategies.
    • Experience with brand editorial guidelines.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other creative functions (and processes) across departments/stakeholders.
    • Ability to balance speed with accuracy and quality.
    • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront and Google Workspace, as well as other software and apps as needed.
    • Bachelor's degree in English or equivalent.
