    Financial Controller

    Grupo empresarial con delegación en Málaga Capital y cuya actividad principal es la construcción y promoción inmobiliaria, precisa incorporar a su departamento administrativo-financiero un perfil de Financial Controller.

    Funciones principales

    Control financiero y de Costes:

    Presupuestación, previsión e informes financieros de los proyectos
    Supervisar el flujo de caja, gestión de las cuentas por pagar y por cobrar
    Elaboración de datos en Excel para informes/Informes de Gestión
    Implementar sistemas de control de costes, realizar un seguimiento de los gastos e identificar oportunidades de ahorro de costes
    Colaborar con jefaturas de proyecto y los equipos para analizar los costes de cada proyecto
    Gestión con fondos y entidades bancarias (Conciliaciones bancarias, cobros y pagos, contratación de productos financieros, etc...)

    Tesorería y Administración:

    Gestionar el flujo de caja mediante el seguimiento de las transacciones y la revisión periódica de los informes internos
    Elaboración y mejora de la base de datos de cada proyecto
    Control de procesos administrativos y documentales
    Control administrativo y revisión de facturas emitidas y recibidas (Gestión de pagos y cobros)
    Contacto directo con proveedores y partes interesadas
    Resolución, con carácter general, de incidencias Administrativas con las distintas Administraciones (Ayuntamientos, Registro Mercantil, Registro de la Propiedad,...)

    • Formación universitaria Económicas, LADE, empresariales, o similar
    • Valorable formación financiera complementaria especializada.
    • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posición similar
    • Manejo avanzado de Excel
    • Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés
