Digital Marketing Manager, Spain & Portugal
Adyen is looking for a data-driven, proactive and collaborative digital marketing manager. This role will work from our Madrid office and report directly to the Head of Marketing Spain.
The digital marketing role is focused on driving impact for Adyen's acquisition efforts of new customers through marketing.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.
What you'll do:
- Plan, setup and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising to drive full funnel impact in Spain and Portugal
- Set up and manage the media buys for 1:many, 1:few and 1:1 account based marketing programs in partnership with acquisition marketing team
- Work closely with the global acquisition marketing team to implement and drive strategies to generate sales accepted opportunities
- Handle local media buying through either direct deals and / or agencies. Manage digital agency relationship including campaign briefing, day to day communication, challenge media plans, campaign optimisation, budget allocation, evaluations
- Leverage analytics tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns across all channels
- Manage the localizations and optimizations of the local webpage. Manage landing page creation, web translations, and local SEO optimization
Who you are:
- 35+ years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on driving the acquisition of net new customers preferably in a B2B marketing environment
- Strong background in SEM (both SEO and SEA) and other paid acquisition channels (Social, Display). Datadriven, analytical mindset.
- Experience with and good understanding of working with data optimization
- Balance between strategic & handson: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization
- Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
- Experience with Google Analytics is a must, Marketo, Salesforce or Looker is a plus
- High language proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. Portuguese is a plus
- You are a selfstarting and selfmotivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Hands on mentality, creative and curious about the latest technologies and platforms
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%
