About the role


As the Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining current customers and increasing market sales in the assigned area.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Conduct a predetermined number of customer visits annually, focusing on new opportunities to support overall sales targets
  • Efficiently meet individual and market sales targets by strategically planning and executing customer visits
  • Maintain records, attend conferences, and deliver customer training
  • Identify target centres, and rigorously prospect for new opportunities
  • Provide postsales support, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Construct a pipeline of customer opportunities in CRM to be visited in support of sales and promotional plans
  • Master Cambridge platforms for effective presentations and material preparation

About you
We are seeking a self-motivated individual that will work side by side with the rest of the Este Team.


As the face of our company, the presentation skills, plus the ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and conviction would be highly valuated.

B2 or above level of English is required. Also you should have a genuine passion for connecting people on a personal level. Building meaningful connections with customers would be key to success.
