What You'll Do:
The Senior Consolidation Analyst, Financial Systems is a key player within the Global Accounting and Reporting team.

As a hands-on Subject Matter Expert in Consolidation, you will oversee and manage all components of Northland's consolidation modules in Workday ERP and Oracle EPM, including controls, enhancements, and documentation processes.

Working closely to the Accounting Managers, Director of Financial Reporting & Consolidation, and other colleagues across the globe, you will also provide financial, strategic, and ad-hoc support related to the systems you manage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and develop financial staff to better utilize the system and systemrelated reports.
  • Assess, prepare, and maintain documentation for system and project requirements, operational needs, integration with other systems, interfaces, and workflow enhancements.
  • Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for ERP and EPM maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searching and reporting, and user roles to support business requirements.
  • Provide oversight, technical support, and change management of ERP and EPM platform, including data governance and assessments to improve financial system processes.
  • Actively participate in the consolidation tool implementation project.
  • Support the preparation of the company's annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Oversee the quarterly consolidation process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required with a general understanding of IFRS.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience creating consolidated financial statements for public or private companies.
  • Experience with implementation, configuration, integration, and administration of EPM Solutions (preferably Oracle EPM) and analyzing system requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting data tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis leveraging EPM Reporting Solutions.
  • You have advanced communication skills in both English and Spanish.
