  • IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.
  • As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
  • Providing Concierge Services to clients
  • Track Stolen Vehicles
  • Emergency Calls Response
  • Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers

What we offer you:

  • A fulltime job of 39 hours per week
  • Possibility to work from home
  • Schedule 16:0000:00h or Monday to Sunday with 2 rotative days off
  • Salary: Around 17000€ gross/year + bonus (up to 60€/month) + Plus Telework 24€ gross/month +language adder 27,91 gross/month
  • Se valorará:
  • Native level of Italian
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
