    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead their startup services operations in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in team management, marketing, sales funnel strategies, and hands-on experience in launching and managing online products. Additionally, proficiency in databases, understanding technological applications for marketing, product scalability, Go2market online strategies, and fluency in English are essential for success in this role.

    Responsibilities:

    Team Management:

    • Lead and inspire a dynamic team to ensure the successful execution of startup services. Team size ~4 members in 2024.

    Marketing and Sales:

    • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Utilise knowledge of sales funnels to optimise conversion and customer acquisition.

    Product Launch and Management:

    • Oversee the introduction of new online products, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results.
    • Demonstrate expertise in product scalability for sustainable growth.

    Database Management:

    • Utilise database knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

    Technological Applications:

    • Identify and leverage technological applications to enhance marketing and commercial actions.

    Go2market Online:

    • Develop and execute online Go2market strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences.

    Language Proficiency:

    • Communicate fluently in English to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cater to an international clientele.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
    • Strong background in marketing, sales, and product launch strategies.
    • Familiarity with databases and their applications in business operations.
    • Knowledge of technology-driven marketing solutions.
    • Understanding of product scalability and growth.
    • Experience in online Go2market strategies.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
