Job Description:
Position Purpose
- The purpose of this position is to be a key contact between Supply Chain and other teams across the organization driving improvements on Sustainability through Europe Supply Chain and reduce waste trough improved reporting and data analysis
- Collaborate on projects lead internally in the SC Excellence, supporting in the reporting and analysis. Ensuring that there are no duplications and there is an effective collaboration between the different Supply Chain teams
- Facilitating sustainability evaluations by supporting the identification and analysis of improvements
- Keeping up to date with the latest evaluation and benefits on European Supply Chain Sustainability projects.
- Liaising with Process Engineering, the Service Centres and other Supply Chain Departments to align and consider the Sustainability impact
- Ensure regular communication, reviews and reporting is in place to drive effective planning and delivery.
- To actively participate in the Supply Chain Excellence Team meetings to offer support on sustainability issues
- Supporting and actively participating in the Supply Chain Excellence Customers Forum
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics ).
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Project Management Certification.
- Logistics execution expertise
- Supply Chain background is an advantage
- Good communication Skills with superiors and in more than 1 language.
- Strong knowledge about Supply Chain processes.
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Technical skills Computer strong database administrations skills, proficient in Excel, Power BI and SAP (ERP and AFO) knowledge
- Able to initiate, drive, and close team projects utilizing available project methodologies
- Ability to problem solving.
- Strong communication skills (written skills, verbal skills, and presentation skills).
- Interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management.
