Your mission

Hey there Welcome to your new role as our office manager.
Here is a brief description of what your responsibilities include:

Point of contact for office, travel and admin matters
Visitor management
Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
Prepare and organize internal company meetings
Responsible for managing office equipments, office furnitures, snack & beverages, office supplies, etc
Responsible for managing of all admin contracts, including office, company pool car, mobile phone, etc
Responsible for team building activities
Any other adhoc matters requested by Head of HR, Admin & IT

Profile:

What background should you have to be comfortable with this role?

Minimum 3 5 years' similar experience
Excellent written and spoken command of Spanish and English at C1 level
Superior time management and organizational skills
A team player with great attention in details
Ability to multitask
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
