    SD Worx SAP Solutions is an international division within SD Worx that focuses on digital HR transformations primarily using SAP solutions. We specialize in making our clients' HR organizations more efficient by implementing smarter technologies that align with their business strategies.

    • Responsibilities:
      • Analyze client's needs and translate them into functional analyses and practical solutions.
      • Independently execute payroll processes over time, including verifying results in the customer's SAP system.
      • Handle post-payroll activities (DMFA, Belcotax) with assistance from back-office experts, following our well-defined processes (MPS Methodology).
      • Provide advice and support to customers on-site in case of payroll issues.
      • Closely monitor social legislation and its impact on payroll processes.
      • Support SAP consultants and customers in light of legislative changes.
      • Collaborate in project teams for new SAP customer onboarding and services.
      • Establish a trustworthy relationship with customers and identify potential HR automation needs.
      Profile and Skills:
      • 5-10 years' experience in French/Belgian/German payroll and (post)payroll processes.
      • Experience in running SAP processes is advantageous.
      • Driven individual with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.
      • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills.
      • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
      • Resilient and adaptable to stressful situations.
      • Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel).
      • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
