- Identificación de talento IT a través de bases de datos, redes sociales profesionales, referencias, etc.
- Evaluación de habilidades técnicas y la idoneidad de los perfiles para los roles específicos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los managers para comprender las necesidades de contratación y desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento efectivas. Así como una comunicación clara y constante para garantizar la fluidez del proceso.
- Realizar entrevistas técnicas y presentar perfiles de manera efectiva a los managers.
- Participar en la negociación de ofertas y en el cierre de procesos.
- Cultivar una red de contactos sólida y mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y novedades en el mercado laboral de IT.
- Administrar el proceso completo de reclutamiento, desde la identificación de necesidades de contratación hasta la integración exitosa de nuevos empleados. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Título universitario en RRLL y RRHH, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa demostrada como reclutador/a en el sector de IT, preferiblemente en un rol senior.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado laboral deIT, incluyendo tendencias de reclutamiento y competencias técnicas demandadas.
- Inglés alto demostrable (fluidez conversacional).
- Manejo adecuado y fluido de ERP, CRM, ATS.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, gestionando múltiples prioridades de manera efectiva.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno orientado a objetivos. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
