A vacancy for LTA Program Management has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Sevilla.

Tasks & accountabilities
The Test Program Management mission is to manage all Development, Production and Retrofit Test & Integration Programme activities.

The LTA Program team has to manage and control the execution of the LTA Program activities including financial aspects in line with requirements from the individual program organisations and are the designated point of contact for external stakeholders (Programs, Chief Engineer, Design Office, Production, Comms & Marketing) into the Flight & Integration Test Centre.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

To coordinate and Manage the development of LTA programs IV&V plan (Integration, Ground and Flight Tests & Simulation) for all test center in agreement with the Chief Engineering offices.
Reporting to the HO LTA Test Management.
Coordination of all the inputs from the different Test Center domains to provide a harmonized picture to the HO.
Liaison with all stakeholders in (Flight & Integration Test) and outside (Engineering including Chief Engineer) to ensure all testing activities are in line with program requirements in time, in cost and in quality.
Planning, follow up and steering of the program activities including the financial topics liaising with all test center domains.
To ensure that LTA Program requirements in terms of workload and skills and competences are properly addressed by the Test Center.

Required skills

Aeronautical Engineering Degree.
More than 5 years of professional experience.
General testing experience desirable.
English Professional Level required.
