Job Title:

Export Control Compliance Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead Export Control Compliance in relation to inbound and outbound processes, including determining relevant authorizations and providing clearance for shipments of controlled items.
• Centralize and support the lifecycle of license processes, from identification to fulfillment of conditions, monitoring, and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate potential violations, supporting functions on reporting and follow-up with action plans until closure.
• Monitor business activities for exposure to sanctioned countries and identify proposed dealings with high-risk regions.
• Support access control to data according to classification, perform regular compliance assessments, and classify Airbus products.
• Determine ITAR Part 130 report requirements, initiate reporting, and ensure process implementation.
• Assess circumstances to determine if transactions qualify as brokering and centralize export license preparation, application, and reporting.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Law, or related field.
• Proven experience in export control compliance, preferably in aerospace or defense industries.

• Familiarity with international laws and regulations, particularly ITAR and EU export controls.
