    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role involving monthly reporting and data analysis.
    Proficiency with Power BI and ServiceNow for data extraction and presentation.
    Broad understanding of ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management.

    Fluent in English, as most communications are conducted in this language.
    Experience with satisfaction and productivity surveys, including analysis and suggestion of improvement areas.
    Previous experience as a service manager or service delivery manager is preferred.

    Responsible for monthly reporting, including three types of reports with a series of KPIs and PISP, adjusting scopes as needed.

    Oversee a specific stream (W360) consisting of various products and services, presenting monthly reports globally at the beginning of each month.

    Utilize Power BI and ServiceNow to extract data and create PowerPoint presentations for reporting purposes.
    Apply ITIL knowledge to manage processes such as change management, incident management, and problem management effectively.
    Communicate and present reports to diverse audiences, addressing questions and concerns during meetings.
    Lead satisfaction and productivity surveys, analyzing data and proposing improvement areas for markets.
    Serve as a reference figure at the regional level for European markets regarding satisfaction and productivity surveys.
    Track improvement initiatives based on survey results and ensure they translate into actionable steps.
