    In this role, you will lead day-to-day clinical trial operations for our Madrid team, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.

    You'll act as the primary Sponsor contact for study deliverables and oversee cross-functional teams. You'll maintain deep knowledge of the protocol and therapeutic area, shaping operational plans and risk management. This is a meaningful opportunity to advance trials in immunology and infectious diseases within a supportive, growth-focused CRO culture.

    • Manage day-to-day operations of projects per contract and regulatory standards
    • Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
    • Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure training for project team
    • Review input for protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final study report
    • Develop operational project plans
    • Manage risk assessment and execution
    • Oversight of study vendors and vendor performance
    • Manage site quality and supervise CRAs and monitoring deliverables
    Responsabilidades


    • Bachelor's degree in health or life sciences (advanced degree preferred)
    • Experience in Phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management xugodme experience, CRO experience preferred
    • Management of overall project timelines
    • Bid defense experience preferred
    • Strong leadership skills
