- Planning and ensuring an optimal project portfolio for the team, and overseeing efficient project execution.
- Managing the development of project planning documents with ABB Phase & Gate Model.
- Monitoring projects to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency.
- Analyzing and addressing project risks, and regularly disseminating lessons learned.
- Achieving project deliverables and compliance with roadmap and project requirements.
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and R&D teams to execute the projects of R&D roadmap.
- 2 years of experience in Project Management, working as Project Manager in R&D projects or project management with similar characteristics.
- Sound knowledge of PMP and the robotics or Industrial market.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- An Industrial Engineer or Engineer in Project Management.
- Spanish and English languages (required) will be additionally valued Chinese.

The R&D Project Manager plays an important role within the R&D team.
You will oversee R&D Projects within the AMR GSC(Spain), providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback to R&D Manager.
In this role, you will manage R&D roadmap projects under ABB's Phase & Gate model.
This position is not graded yet as the country still hasn ́t gone through the phase 4 of Global Grading process.
