Payroll cycle in Spain;

Deputy for the migration to ADP global payroll in 2025;
Administration of Starters and Leavers;
Administration of absences (annual leave/maternity/parental) and special leaves in Timetell;
Contact point for employees for training requests and manage internal trainings in ATG's office;
General HR administration;
Registration of visitors in ATG's Barcelona office intranet;
Collaboration with the HR Manager to develop HR Strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans in Spain;
Collaboration with the HR Manager to implement HR and Company policies and procedures that comply with relevant Spanish labor laws and regulations;
Health & Safety cycle in Spain;
Medical checkups, online training and coordination of business activities with hosting organization where our employees go on mission;
Point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HRrelated matters;
Promotion of a respectful and inclusive work environment;
Handling of employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution;
Collaboration with the management and executions of performance reviews;
Collaboration with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and talent development plans;
In collaboration with the HR Manager and Legal and Contract Manager, ensure the company's compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations;
Generation of HR reports and analytics for management and regulatory purposes.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
Proactive;

Trustworthy;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
