    We are looking for a highly skilled Rfid Field Technical Support Specialist II to join our team at Johnson Controls. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics security systems, particularly in EAS and RFID technology.



    As a Rfid Field Technical Support Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing technical support for innovative EAS and RFID solutions to our main retail customers worldwide. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.



    Your key responsibilities will include:




    • Aiding in the sizing, installation, maintenance, and operation of all technological resources

    • Providing technical support of the entire range of Sensormatic products

    • Developing new solutions and testing

    • Preparing manuals and product guides

    • Executing technical support functions to the systems of the organization and the services offered by the company

    • Resolving and attending to incidents and breakdowns (Level 2)

    • Assisting field technicians in the installation and maintenance of installed technologies

    • Analysis of new product launch, validation, implementation, and training of teams in product deployments

    • Participating in the development of new projects

    • Implementation of complex solutions for the end customer

    • Visiting customer facilities during the installation and commissioning phase of the different installed technologies

    • On-site customer training

    • Communication with HQ and factories for the resolution of technical product incidents

    • Reporting to service providers and related areas any failure, technical, operational or security anomaly, ensuring their due follow-up and solution



    You will be working in a dynamic and international environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and a good problem-solving attitude/logical bias.
