    What You'll Do:

    As an Intern of the Campaign Management team you will have the chance to learn and dive into the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple Global Accounts, some of the largest in Growth EMEA. You will work closely with stakeholders to see campaigns through from planning stages to post-campaign reporting and analysis of performance.

    Key responsibilities as an intern:

  • Custom Support for Growth's highest spending clients in collaboration with the Campaign Manager and Account Strategist of the accounts. You will develop your knowledge on an ongoing basis and contribute to the growth of accounts.
  • Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies.
  • End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, technical set-ups reviews, and creative reviews to exceed client objectives.
  • Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-Market/Product team).
  • Helping the CM team identify optimisation opportunities within current existing business portfolio (technical and strategic reviews).
  • Contribute to the Campaign Management team's success by improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities) as well as running campaign health checks at scale.
  • Attend wide range of trainings to develop skills, including dedicated onboarding training and team lead support for development and coaching.
  • Who You Are:

  • You already completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field (preferable).
  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written (another language preferable but not a prerequisite)
  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
  • Needs to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months.
