The role is a full-time position from any IOI studio locations; Brighton, Istanbul, Barcelona, Copenhagen, or Malmö.

What you will do:

Handling and managing 1st party publishing operations processes (Sony, MSFT, Valve, Nintendo, GOG, and any required) for all internal and external projects
Sales store submissions on the 1st party backends
Price management of products during the products lifecycle
Coordinating asset delivery in accordance with store SLAs and deadlines
Handling exception requests
Handling technical difficulties related to 1st party backends.
Product configuration on the 1st party backends
Realizing release model in accordance with 1st party backend rules and limitations, and Studio/Business requirements in collaboration with Release management
Administrating 1st party backend systems
Handling daily communication with 1st party's account management regarding all internal and external projects on the operational/publishing level
Realizing strategic vision regarding Sales, promotions, and other store activities for all internal and external projects

Who you are:

Detailoriented and analytical with a flair for complex problemsolving
Experience in operating First Party stores setup and backend tools
Knowledge of Store Policies and Technical Requirements for submission for Xbox, PlayStation, and Steam BA/BSc degree required.
