Tareas

The role


As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for our Salesforce sales division bringing your own pool of clients, identifying new opportunities, prospect and generating new leads, and developing and driving the company's sales strategy.

All while positioning Nuvolar as a key player in the Cloud industry.


We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven and business-oriented person, with a clear entrepreneur mindset who is willing and capable to lead our Salesforce sales division to a whole new level.


Expected Functions / Key Results:


  • Understand Nuvolar's mission, vision and culture.
  • Establish and expand knowledge of our products, competitors and industry trends, identifying new business opportunities and generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Managing customer expectations and contract compliance, addendums, and amendments; as well as the portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success reporting directly to our CEO.
  • Prospect and generate leads and build longterm relationships, representing Nuvolar at industry events (travel might be required).
  • Develop and maintain sales plans, metrics, and strategy to deliver annual sales targets, implementing new methodologies to reach new levels of success.
  • Establish and expand knowledge of our products, competitors and industry trends
  • Execute each sales activity which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept or pilot, development of the business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation and contract signing process.
  • Ability to present a full solution and conduct product demonstration to customers.
  • Manage the accounting operations (including accounts payable, general ledger and technical accounting), to ultimately ensure timely, complete and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations through effective financial stewardship.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management for the business unit, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Establish strong partnerships and relationships with key industry players, customers, and suppliers to expand market presence and drive revenue growth

Requisitos:


Requirements:


  • 10+ years in IT Software sales experience.
  • 6+ years of experience presales/consulting with the Salesforce platform.
  • Deep knowledge of the IT industry, SaaS and Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts and maintain competitive pricing.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Have worked selling at a Clevel or in relationship management with enterprise customers.
  • High organization and detailoriented skills to multitask working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and ideally Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.

Apart from these, it would be a plus if you have:

  • Strong technical background (education and/or experience).
  • Salesforce Certifications.
  • Master (MBA or similar).
