We are looking for a
International Customer Relationship manager.

In this role, you will be directly reporting to the company's leadership, taking on the crucial responsibility of ensuring a seamless experience for the clients located outside of Europe.

Your focus will be to coordinate the supply chain and provide dedicated support to customers in non-European countries such as South Africa, Central America, Tunisia, and Morocco, all while ensuring the highest level of service and meeting established timelines.


FUNCIONES Y TAREAS

A significant part of your role involves conducting a comprehensive analysis of new projects, considering both economic factors and service level requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights that contribute to effective decision-making.

Fostering strong relationships with our suppliers is key. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products, timely deliveries, and cost optimization. Collaboration is essential as you work together to align objectives and secure mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase transactions and projects is integral to your responsibilities. You will regularly generate detailed reports encompassing KPIs, PNTs, statistics, and performance metrics. These reports will serve as valuable tools for informed decision-making within the organization.

Additionally, you will take on the responsibility of managing and resolving incidents and customer claims from the assigned regions. This involves a proactive approach to finding effective solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that our customers' concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

In essence, your role is multifaceted, encompassing coordination, analysis, collaboration, record-keeping, and incident management. It is a dynamic position that requires a proactive and strategic approach to ensure the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our valued clients.

  • You should possess a dynamic skill set and a proactive mindset. Your ability to coordinate international supply chains and provide dedicated support to clients in nonEuropean countries, such as South Africa, Central America, Tunisia, and Morocco, will be crucial.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, including Purchasing, Project Management, and International Trade.
  • Prior experience in nonEuropean international management roles, preferably in countries such as South Africa, Tunisia, and Morocco.
  • Preferably, experience in the reusable packaging industry or sectors related to horticulture, with a specific emphasis on expertise in exotic products.
  • Appreciation for and understanding of foreign trade regulations and standards.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English, and French with expert proficiency in both oral and written communication. Proficiency in German is valued. These language skills are essential for effective communication and collaboration in our diverse and international work environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as needed.
