    La descripción del trabajo:

    • Prestar atención telefónica relacionada con siniestros principalmente de autos, interactuando con asegurados, mediadores, proveedores, etc.
    • Potenciar el incremento de encargos de videoperitaciones y direccionamiento de talleres colaboradores, contribuyendo al alcance de los objetivos del centro.
    • Garantizar la excelencia en el servicio al cliente, identificando sus necesidades y tratando de resolver de forma proactiva.
    • Contribuir a la mejora en la calidad del servicio cumpliendo con los KPIs establecidos.
