Commercial Excellence Analyst R2
ESP-Mataró (Barcelona)

Take advantage of your new scope of action in the
Sales & Account area at LABORATORIOS HARTMANN S.A., Mataró.

Main resposibilities:

Participate in ComEx initiatives development.
Implement ComEx initiatives in R2 countries.
Develop SAC dashboards (mainly business intelligence) and implement usage.
Develop a ComEx culture in the organization (Spain and R2).
Able to support Salesforce, SalesWare (PopSales) and SAC (from modeler to report roles).
Expert in sales and marketing data and KPI in order to support business management.
Sales excellence (including SFE topics, POSM...) knowledgeable and point of reference.
Opportunity management (i.e. funnel) expert both from a business point of view and technical.
Commercial Launch Excellence expert: support and reporting.
Sales process, customer centricity and customer experience ambassador.

What do we look for?

Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineer or Political Science.
Ability to converge technical/tools solutions with business needs.
IT knowledge: Salesforce, SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, other BI tools and/or statistical tools.
Experience in ComEx, BI, SFE topics. Experience with data analysis.
Business (i.e. Marketing and/or Sales) and/or IT as business partner valued. Specific ComEx or SFE roles also valid.
Fluent English and ability to work with multifunctional teams and different cultures.
