Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who will provide exceptional service to our guests upon arrival and during their stay.

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their rooms, assisting with luggage as needed.
• Inform incoming guests about hotel amenities, services, and events while providing excellent customer service.
• Provide guests with information on room features, hotel facilities, and local attractions.
• Manage valet parking services and respond to guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel functions and facilities to ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Prior experience in customer service and a strong passion for hospitality.
• A valid driving license and fluency in Spanish and English.
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a high level of attention to detail.
