We are looking to hire a GPS Technician that reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement Director, GPS & Supply Chain will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Define System to Measure Achievement of Industrial System ( KPI's Competitiveness)Deploy Annual Strategy through GSD ( Gestamp Strategy Deployment )Weekly/monthly Follow-up, Benchmarking & RankingManagementTrain & Apply Routines at ShopFlor :

Standardisation ( SDCA Cycle) & Problem Solving ( QRQC)Develop Autonomous Teams for ShopFloorTrain & Apply GPS Assessments at PlantsPromote Mindset & Routines & Tools For Manufacturing SystemCreate by Mentoring and Training Autonomous Teams in Regions/Division/PlantsCreate GPS Main BookBook & Methods and Training HandBook for ShopFloor ManagementKey Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar.

Advanced English Level. High French level will be an asset.
Knowledge in lean manufacturing techniques and mindset.
Work Experience1-3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
Previous experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement.
