Your mission:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into a technical solution.
- Design and implement sales cloud and CPQsupported business processes.
- Extract complex business processes from lead generation to contract closure.
- Independently implement configurations and collaborate closely with Salesforce developers.
- Advise clients on technical and technological matters related to Salesforce and related topics such as mobile apps, document generation, etc.
- Present project results and be responsible for the technical implementation of configuration tasks.
- Support test and change management activities.
- Look forward to expanding your knowledge through continuous training and certifications.
Your profile:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Practical experience in building and operating Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions
- IT affinity and comprehensive knowledge of Software as a Service, databases, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong analytical skills, problemsolving abilities, and teamwork
- Relevant certifications are advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English (C1)
