ABOUT THE JOB

  • Research and identify potential opportunities to purchase tickets for upcoming sports, music, theatre and comedy events across Europe and the United Kingdom.
  • Take a proactive role in the strategic acquisition of ticket inventory.
  • Take ownership and accountability of individual events, managing the inventory of the event from the time of acquiring inventory all the way through until the completion of the event.
  • Implement effective resale strategies to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
  • Monitor and manage ticket inventory levels to prevent overstock or undersupply.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to understand both primary and secondary market trends, demand and pricing dynamics of each specific event.
  • Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and refine ticket resale strategies.
  • Work in a collaborative team of Event Managers, collectively supporting each other in making informed decisions and contributing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
  • Provide updates on the status, inventory position, and progress of your events through both inperson meetings and written communication.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Customer Services, Fulfilment, and Sales teams, to ensure the effective management of the postsale aspects of your events.
- \*\*There is an expectation for Event Managers to be flexible with hours on days where there are events in the evening.

Standard Full time hours - Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 + 1 weekend day rotated every 8 weeks.
