Would you like to promote your professional career within our corporate division?

We are currently looking to hire a Compliance Manager for our Corporate based in Barcelona.


Main functions:

  • Perform compliance risk assessment and develop compliance management
- strategies.

  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
  • Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies,
- investments, and procedures.

  • Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and
- internal policies.

  • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective
- improvements.

  • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or
- common issues.

  • Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental
- compliance policies.

  • Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with HR and Legal
- department.

  • Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks
- and any other policy development.

  • Reporting to the Risk & Audit Committee of the Board.
  • Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
  • Build and deploy awareness campaigns.
  • Design ongoing training programs for employees of the business. Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
Requisitos mínimos

  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • With a professional background that includes time spent in a consulting firm/law firm.
  • Preference for someone who is strong from a process and technology point of view,
- not just a legal approach... In fact, we would almost say that I would rule out lawyers.

  • This is about building in an environment that you know exactly what it is. Therefore,
- you must be a resilient, eager, positive, empathetic, and persuasive person.

  • Obviously with good public speaking skills and a good level of English.
  • Place of residence preferably Barcelona.
