Would you like to promote your professional career within our corporate division?

We are currently looking to hire a Compliance Manager for our Corporate based in Barcelona.

Main functions:

Perform compliance risk assessment and develop compliance management

- strategies.

Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies,

- investments, and procedures.

Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and

- internal policies.

Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective

- improvements.

Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or

- common issues.

Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental

- compliance policies.

Collaborate and maintain continuous communication with HR and Legal

- department.

Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risks

- and any other policy development.

Reporting to the Risk & Audit Committee of the Board.
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Build and deploy awareness campaigns.
Design ongoing training programs for employees of the business. Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.

Requisitos mínimos

Minimum 10 years of experience.
With a professional background that includes time spent in a consulting firm/law firm.
Preference for someone who is strong from a process and technology point of view,

- not just a legal approach... In fact, we would almost say that I would rule out lawyers.
