The Role
Do you consider yourself an expert in implementing or maintaining a CTMS or an eTMF system? Are you excited about solving clinical trial business problems using modern technology?

As a key member of our Professional Services team, the Senior Consultant will be at the forefront of our mission and responsible for managing large projects and/or defining clinical systems (eTMF or CTMS) solution design.

You will also be leading and mentoring talented project team members implementing and configuring the designed solution.

This is a remote position. You can work from home, wherever you live in Europe.

You can also work from one of our offices if you prefer to, in Paris, Oxford, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Budapest or Barcelona.

What You'll Do

Define strategies and implementation program(s) for deploying Vault Clinical across an organization globally
Lead and participate in workshops to discuss eTMF or CTMS design with customers
Solution design and prototyping, configuration and documentation AND/OR Project management including resource planning, leading and motivating crossfunctional teams
Mentor project team and junior consultants
Represent Professional Services across multiple workstreams (e.g. solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.)
Become a customer advocate, working closely with other Veeva teams (Product, Sales, Strategy) to ensure customer success today and in the future.

Requirements:

10+ years' experience working for a life sciences company, an IT Services company or a software provider
Experience in implementing and/or maintaining a Clinical software solution on either the vendor side, the business side or the IT side
Knowledge of one of the following systems: IMPACT, Medidata Rave, Bioclinica CTMS, Ennov Clinical Suite, or any similar CTMS or eTMF software solutions
Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Ability to travel as required
Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Lifescience or computer science related degree
Experience with Clinical Trial Management
Understanding of technical concepts like web services or SQL queries
Understanding of software validation in the life science industry
SaaS/Cloud experience
Experience with Agile projects
Fluency in one or more of the following languages: German, French or Italian
