    YOUR ROLE

    • Accountable for full regional category spend all projects associated
    • Enriches pro-actively & challenges (together with r-KAM) global sourcing strategies defined by Global Team.
    • Ensures consistent execution of aligned sourcing strategies in the region
    • Manages & executes (most) regional sourcing projects
    • Builds in depth knowledge and expertise on the regional supplier bases & supplier markets and manages regional supplier portfolio
    • Builds & manages relationships with regional relevant stakeholders
    • Actively participates in global CT governance and interacts frequently with global and regional team
    • LeadDelivers regional CT targets & provides transparency on regional KPIs and performance to global team
    • Creates early awareness about needed sourcing resources to implement projects
    • Shares know-how with team & supports in executing sourcing projects performed for the Category Team (i.e. supplier escalations)
    • Steers & executes also non-sourcing related Purchasing topics / tasks in the region (Sustainability / LKSG, corporate projects, audits etc.)
    • Reports to r-KAM solid line & dotted lines to g-CTLFinancial and Business Objectives
    • Drive digitalization of indirect materials spend via contributing to und actively utilizing; advanced digital spend; taxonomy spend coverage, single touchpoint sourcing (Kelvaar) and sourcing automation
    • Foster Sustainability driving a roadmap on TfS, Integrity Next & high-risk suppliers and as integral part of sourcing strategies
    • Participate to an inclusive culture and lead by example

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Business Administration or similar educational background
    • Fluent level of english
    • Min 4y of experience related with Purchasing (European Scope) and related with Mobility and Travel.
    • Analytical and leadership skills.
    • Ability to question current practices and to drive improvements
    • Good project management skills and high level of flexibility
    • Curiosity for new knowledge and information
    • Strong cooperation and communication skills
    • Service and internal customer oriented
    • Motivation and team spirit
