    Job Description

    Principal DevOps Engineer

    • Lead Kubernetes initiatives and drive scalability, developer experience, security, and observability
    • Architect and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure for high availability and scalability
    • Design and implement autoscaling solutions and configure Istio service mesh for secure inter-service communication
    • Develop and enforce networking policies and lead cost and capacity planning

    Responsibilities

    Design and implement scalable Kubernetes environments, develop and enforce security policies, and drive observability and logging initiatives

    Implement Helm charts and ArgoCD for automated application deployment and configuration management

    Requirements

    • 7+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering with 2+ years of deep focus on Kubernetes
    • Proven expertise in administration of large-scale Kubernetes environments
    • Extensive experience with Istio service mesh and observability tools
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Golang and knowledge of distributed systems

    Additional Information

    This is a Hybrid role based in Central London or Malaga offering flexible working hours and comprehensive relocation packages
