Engage, empower & learn | Your tasks:


  • In this role, you will be responsible for creating and leading the regional Field Marketing strategy in Iberia, United Arab Emirates and Benelux. You have experience in an international, multicultural B2B environment and you are a creative problem solver. Within this role, you will be directly reporting to the Director Field Marketing and working closely with your Marketing peers as well as the local Sales leadership teams.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the regional Sales team to understand business requirements and to create, manage and drive quarterly/fiscal year marketing plans
  • Understand and track the local market landscapes, developing key insights to adjust strategies and to address the needs of the respective markets
  • Drive execution and optimization of multichannel and Account Based Marketing programs to support strategic account objectives, expand the Marketing reach, generate leads / create pipeline for sales, and meet company revenue goals
  • Develop, manage, and execute tradeshows, sponsorships and other events to maximize lead generation, sales productivity, and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing headquarter functions (Corporate, Product, Digital) to ensure that key Marketing messaging is localized to meet the needs of the regional audiences

Open-minded, committed & versatile | Your profile:

  • You are an internationally thinking personality, a well-structured and organized self-starter who can take charge, motivate colleagues and cut through competing priorities
  • You have a university degree with a focus on Marketing or a comparable level of education within the field of Marketing
  • You have at least 7 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the enterprise software industry and/or SaaS business models
  • You have a passion for working on Martech platforms
  • You are confident in the use of Marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to help build campaigns and pipeline
  • You are fluent in English
