    For our Spanish affiliate we are searching for a Cx Manager (Product Manager) for our new product Nilemdo & Nustendi.

    This position ensures the end-to-end customer-centric journey in alignment with the Carsiovascular (CV) strategy by understanding customer priorities and leveraging advanced analytics insights.

    The main responsibilities are to:

  • Localize brand sections in the CV plan incl. brand insights, brand strategy and high-level yearly overview of planned activities after receiving the CV Plan from Daiichi Sankyo Europe.
  • Review performance of CX (customer experience) activities in x-functional meetings and details upcoming CX activities on a quarterly basis.
  • Share content needs with Daiichi Sankyo Europe after detailing activities for next quarter.
  • Participe in quarterly meeting with medical and market access to define content priorities and timelines.
  • Work cross-functionally with Medical and Market Access to create/source additional local content when required.
  • Define campaign objectives and create tailored, insights-driven content for the customer leveraging European content whenever possible.
  • Develop personalized customer journeys using "European personas" that the omnichannel manager would detail further.
  • Share recommended campaign options with primary points of contact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and derive learnings for upcoming campaigns.
  • Skills and qualifications

  • University Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing (preferred international environment)
  • English proficency

  • Technical/domain expertise:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing including multichannel communications.
  • Ability to use data insights and plan appropriate marketing action plans.
  • In depth knowledge of hospital prescription market.
