We are a medium sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly motivated people.
We are looking for a Data Analyst focused in providing Social Media metrics, and who has experience working with beauty or skincare brands.

Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret social media data from various platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop methodologies to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media engagement, audience demographics, sentiment analysis, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct deepdive analysis on social media trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges within the skincare sector.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Create insightful and visually compelling reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to ensure datadriven strategies align with business objectives.
- Implement data visualization best practices to enhance the accessibility and impact of analytical insights.
Strategy Development:
- Work closely with the Strategy and Creative teams to develop datadriven social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to optimize content creation, posting schedules, and influencer partnerships.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Tool and Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and recommend social media monitoring and analytics tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of data management protocols and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools related to social media insights.
Requisitos:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis with a focus on social media analytics, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience with social media monitoring and analytics tools such as Meta Business, YouTube/Google Ads, TikTok Business, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of data analytics and social media marketing.
