As a Customer Service Representative, you play an important role in the company's communication with Swedish customers.
On a daily basis, you advise Swedish-speaking clients via different channels.
In detail, your tasks include:
helping Swedish customers by providing information about products or services
handling and resolving customer complaints
writing and translating digital content to Swedish
ensuring a consistent communication through all channels such as newsletters, landing pages, interactive guides, concept texts, etc. and in your way of talking to the clients
writing and posting Social Media content
handling customer support & reviews on social media
The Talents You Need
Language skills: native Swedish
First experience in a customer support role
Experience or interest in marketing & translation
Experience with Social Media
Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
Overall, you're living a "can do" attitude You can still learn the rest .
